Ltd, located in Shenzhen, China, offers manufacturing services such as mold design and fabricating, molding and casting, CNC machining, rapid prototyping and customized reusable plastic cups. We cooperate with world famous companies who count on our high-precision and complex hardened molds, prototypes and soft molds, such as; Honda, Toyota, Volvo, Sony, Panasonic and Lenovo.
We are equipped with in-house high-speed precision CNCs, wire cutters, EDM, grinding machines, fitting machines and injection machines. We mainly use UG software for mold design and mold flow analysis for our customers before manufacturing. Standard components we use to build the mold are purchased from DME, HASCO and others.
